When you basic attack with Q, your cooldowns go down by 1 second for each hit right?

Well inhibitors don't consume the buff because of the on hit effects don't apply. This is TESTED.

Attacking inhibs with Q up will continually lower cooldowns each hit until Q wears off. Is this an intended interaction?

Not saying to nerf xin, but I saw this in game and I thought it was weird.

I think it's working as coded, but I don't know if that's the same thing as intended.

It will lower his cooldowns by the 3 seconds for the 3 autos, but if it is like...continually lowering it past those 3, then no its not supposed to work like that.

It's an unintended bug, but Riot's ignored it because that's the only reason Xin ever sees pro-play time.
