I think it was two days ago, but I took Quinn on bot and it was bugged. Valor was not helping me last hit minions at all, rarely one out of 7 minions it would, when it usually helps me hit about half or more. Also when I shoot my Q, it would FLY THROUGH the champ and not blind, and other times it wouldn't blind at all even if I'm shooting straight toward the champ. I don't know why but I'm not playing her again until she's fixed.
