I almost lost a game because of an old bug where a champion is somewhere they arent

I was walking mid lane and saw jarvan all of a sudden in front of me and flashed away but it turns out he wasn't close to me, just near a teammate.

This also happened in a ranked game as Jax, I invade at level 2 at Rengars red and it shows him in the bush next to me. I use E immediately but then it shows he was far away from me doing red outside the bush. I died in that invade for using E early.

Anybody else getting this?
