[GAMEPLAY] patch 9.9 - Master Yi E disabling hail of blades for one auto. Yet another HoB bug...

How to reproduce:
Step 1) Press Q onto someone Step 2) Spam your E button while untargetable
When you come out of Q, your E will disable your hail of blades for one autoattack. It seems as if it is behaving as an autoattack reset when it's not actually an autoattack reset, and essentially lowering your DPS. You still get 3 autos out of HoB (it doesn't waste a stack), but they trigger on your 2nd attack after exiting Q instead of your first (which gives you time to get CCed, kited, killed, etc). They are just delayed because your E disables it for one auto (which is especially awful if you're going an overcap attack speed build). At first I wasn't sure if it was his R or his E, but if you slow down this video and watch the buff bar, you can clearly see it's his E. The video is slowed down to 0.25 using the replay tool, but I recommend slowing it down another 0.25 using the Youtube settings button. Watch my skills, buff bar, and attack speed when I come out of Q.

EDIT: so playing around in practice tool, it seems the easiest way to reproduce it is to press Q, then spam E+R+right click on the target dummy. It will reproduce almost 100% of the time. If you just spam E+R but don't spam right click, then it will only happen a small amount of the time (but it will still happen - like maybe 10% of the time?). Also verified that you still get a full 3 autos from HoB, they just don't start until your 2nd attack after exiting Q (when the bug triggers).
I really hope you can fix this bug (AND the other bug) since guinsoo and Yi changes are coming in 9.10, and I think hail of blades crit is going to be the most viable build (and guinsoo won't be built anymore).
