[Urgent] Vel'Koz Auto-Attack Bug;

Vel'Koz suffers from a serious auto attack bug, where auto-attacking within 2 seconds of casting an ability causes him to freeze until he casts another ability or is displaced by other means.

This is causing some very unusual deaths with him, and it gets really annoying when all your skills are on cooldown and you're just sitting there.
