Sometimes my runes dont load and I am forced to use defaults

Sometimes when I open the client I do not have my custom rune pages and it tells me that I only have the 5 default

I cannot make a new page.

I have to manually check my rune tab every time I log in to make sure it didn't do it again.

If it did my only choice is to back out. This fixes the problem every time but I've lost LP because of it last season and this one. I don't like playing defaults and being forced into them can lose me lanes and games; usually I just dodge if I forgot to check and it happens.
