Mord not blind
Mord's Q can still land past a blind, even though they fixed blinds. Must've just missed his Q while coding.
Note; anyone else find it weird they fixed blind and dodge mechanics the very same patch that they removed one of the only 3?

It's still really inconsistent.
For example, Jax can't dodge Nasus Q even though for some reason they wanted him to, and he can't dodge Morde's Q bonus magic damage (dodges the basic attack damage though), however he can dodge TF's pick a card entirely which is magic damage. (and can dodge Renekton's W entirely, etc.)
