Replays Buggy

Summoner spell CDs are not correctly shown in replays and somehow this continues to be an issue every patch.

The UI for selecting camera perspective is actually in the background under the chat so it's hard to even read player names or see what champion you're selecting. Chat should not be above the UI.

And my biggest issue but not exactly a bug is that there's still no functional replay management (let alone a way to mark important moments in-game like a replay bookmark). We can't even use replays beyond one patch without multiple installations. This would still be somewhat OK if Riot at least provided old client versions for this purpose but no, there's nothing. If you happen to not have had an older installation in time, your replays are gone forever and useless.

These are basic things for a competitive game and I really hope they get the priority they deserve.
