Jhin's W will have the passive permanently stuck on a champion even if it actually is not applied. This is only visual and is seen by the team as well. This happened while I was using the skin.

Same! It happened to an enemy Fiora who I'm pretty sure had GA up, I was using the High Noon Jhin Skin and I think she was just classic Fiora. It did look slightly different, though. The color was a brighter yellow, and it looked like it was somehow bolder or bigger. Perhaps stuck in an early frame of application or removal animation?
