Got S+ playing Singed yet no chest

New season started. So far got 2 chests from my own grades in this week Now I made S+ on Singed, yet received no chest.

Why?

The same thing applied to about 6 other S grades season before. What the heck? EDIT: I had not received an S for playing singed season before!!! Not solo, not party. I didn't get an S score on Singed!

Also what's up with Keys? 14 days passed yet I received about 2 of them... And that was at the beginning of the month.

Just today I won 7 or 8 times (in Poro King) yet I got nothing.
