Strange bug, I have never seen this :S... Are you sure it wasn't a broken interaction with his clone?
his clone was never even in the fight... so yes I'm sure.
Are you sure the box didn't simply interrupt you after your ultimate hit Shaco?
At any rate, I'm curious if invisible champions get affected by Warwick's ultimate. Perhaps you could share the replay, you might have some interesting footage in there of you jumping over him or something like that.
