[Skin] Leprechaun Veigar's W does not show the correct particle effects

Something similar happened with Bad Santa's W a few months ago, now it seems that Leprechaun Veigar's W doesn't show the rainbow effect nor the gold coin splash when the W lands, it shows the base particles.
