hexdrinker > maw upgrade doesnt reset cd
upgrading maw from hexdrinker no longer resets its cd ,instead if your hexdrinker had 50 s cd left ,maw had 50s too for hundreds of patches upgraing to maw reseted cd

That's a recent change for this season, where upgrading items doesn't reset cd. I believe that Bork does reset the cd though
