Is Tahm's W bugged?
I've had this issue and some of my friends do as well where we'll click an enemy champ/monster/minion etc. and it won't eat what you click. It like prioritizes wrongly or something.

I found a similar problem with Tahm on the Black Market Brawlers map, where when I ate some thing or someone with my w the ability went on cool down and i couldn't reactivate the ability when i wanted. The eaten target simply reappeared after the time limit ran out.
