Dying with an auto attack or on hit spell mid air will refresh duskblade.

I just found this, when dying with Miss Fortune Q mid air brings duskblade up and will apply it, even if the buff completely expired. It will refresh and apply if an auto attack or on hit spell is mid air when you die.

Was able to confirm exactly this in a custom game.
