[Gameplay] Cassiopeia ult visual bug

Saw this happen a couple times to me and my friends a few times in a game, and the beginning of this video reminded me of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2cHKNNSukA

Basically if Cass ults and you don't have your screen on her, whenever you next see her the graphic of her ulting will show, which can both disorientate and also lead one to believe she already used her ult if you happen to look over while she's fighting a teammate and she has ulted before while you hadn't seen her.

As far as I know it happens specifically when:

• Cass ults (not sure if team specific, but I know for sure on enemy team)
• You did not see her ult on screen (note, your team having vision still causes the bug to occur, just if the player's screen is not over her)
• Next time you ever have her on your screen it appears as if she ults
