[Gameplay] Quinn's Q still blinds

While playing Fiora I noticed that when I was affected by an enemy Quinn's Q I couldn't do AA damage or proc my passive marks.

I've been able to auto while under the effects of her Q but as Poppy it would fully negate my Q when used on her. Perhaps the Fiora passive procs are something similar here.

Also worth noting is that the game tells you you've been blinded when hit with her Q.
