In-Game UI Blurs out like LoRes

I don't know how to repro it, but it kept happening through my first match of the day. I was playing Soraka, and I noticed her portrait kept getting blurry and lo-res. After leveling up, it'd normalize into a hi-res image, but as the game progresses, it'd blur out and go lo-res again until I hit the next level. Not game breaking, but was pretty distracting and annoying to notice.
