Ekko Sound bug

His Q doesnt have the same sound effect upon proc'ing his passive as it used to. My waveclear patter is to q the line as it is walking. Auto each front line minion once during the time it takes to return the q. All the minions die when the q returns because it procs the passive on the melees and the back line is squishy enough that they just die from the q.

The timewinder procs ekkos passive right now, but it doesnt proc the sound effect as it used to.

Also, I wanted to report that the missle width at really close range isnt what you would expect it to be. I miss it when I feel like I should have just clipped them. Its like the q has 0 width when it first comes out. Only effects times when you have to e onto someone before throwing the q and just after you ult someone standing right on your shadow. Close range effect.
