Wind Wall blocking rifts in the ground

Title. Every time it's used against Velkoz w, Braum ultimate.

I know it's not really a bug, it's just that the tooltip says projectiles and should be changed, if they're not actually going to fix the problem.

As it stands, Velkoz can only use one ability with a projectile-blocker present. His ultimate.

Here's the thing, guys:

If you're going to pretend those two abilities are projectiles because they travel, then the wind wall should completely negate Cassiopeia 's Miasma if it comes into contact. That ability spreads, the same as these ones. It's just outward from the center instead of from a set point forward.

Velkoz ult isnt a projectile. it hits the full area at the same time. his QWE travel, same for Braum Q and R they "travel" so they are projectiles. So it works as intended

Both Vel's W and Braum's R are coded as projectiles and fit well within the parameters of what the game considers a projectile. Basically, a particle that travels from point A to point B. AoE's that "appear" in the space without actually travelling the distance are not projectiles (hence Vel'Koz R, Lux R, etc). The exception being "high" projectiles that disappear off the top of the screen (Kog R, Ziggs R, etc) as they don't cross through the wall.

I get what you're saying - its a popular opinion - but 1) that's how those abilities are coded, 2)and how Riot said they would be interpreted, and 3) it helps keep the ability consistent, giving players a relatively simple understanding of whether or not X ability will be blocked rather than wondering, "Oh, is this a different kind of projectile than that one?"

Both Yasuo and his opponent need to be able to quickly know whether or not an ability will be blocked without having to worry about the game-world flavor behind it.

I know it "works as intended" but yeah it's kinda bullshit. But then again, i that's gona differentiate, then will the ground abilities not affect flying units like kayle or corki? Will knocked up units now be untargetable by almost everything, including melee attacks? And if we wana divide them like that, will undead now be something special and be like immune to health regen? Hell, will nami have to go to the river to get a breath every now and then? It's questions like these that keep me up at night...
