[GAMEPLAY] Iron Ambassador cancel's Poppy's basic attacks

If, playing as Poppy, your passive comes off cooldown during basic attack animation, it will cancel this basic attack (and start animation of buckler toss).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use up your passive
2. As it is close to come off cooldown, order an basic attack
3. Observe how basic attack got canceled, and Poppy prepares next one, empowered with Iron Ambassador

Reproduction rate: 100%.

Now, I get that Riot doesn't want her to have random basic attack resets, but I also don't believe current behavior is intended. Right now Iron Ambassador most of the time lowers Poppy's damage output if it comes off-cooldown mid-fight.
