Skins that had been promised in the Blue Essence Emporium are not actually there

I had previously been led to believe that Earthrune Skarner and Runeborn Xerath would both be available for Blue Essence in the BE Emporium. Did something go wrong, or was I misled?

I'm going to be terribly upset if I was misled, as I am nearly 100% certain it was a Riot announcement that led me to believe this.

If i remember correctly those we're listed in a survey Riot did. When officially announced urfwick was the only skins.

I could have sworn that the Skarner and Xerath skins were advertised in one of the videos put out about preseason. Something about 35K be per skin.
