Butcher's Bridge Has Old Victory Voiceover

I just won a Butcher's Bridge game. (Yay winning!) While their nexus was exploding, I heard the old, female announcer shout 'Victory!'

Does the new BB announcer not have a Victory shoutout? Or is this a bug?
