[gameplay] Greater Stealth Totem sometimes doesn't load the second ward?

So today I played a few games and was having some problems.

Sometimes after placing my 2 wards, the trinket would get one ward back in the 60 seconds, and then not get the second one. Strangely, it didn't get stuck at 1 ward, leaving me with a 60 second cooldown for my next ward, it was getting stuck at 15 seconds as though it were the inbetween smite CD
