screen lock bug, [GAMEPLAY] (workaround: kill your champ)

a few days ago i got into a game where my screen became in "locked camera" mode. and the normal means to unlock it.. no longer worked. this issues fixes itself after your first death. luckity somone told me i needed to die, and luckily i wans't in a ranked game and i was able to walk into the jungle and execute. withing giving the enemy any gold.

but eariler today i had this bug affect one of my teammates.. like me he got stuck in locked camera mode. and the nomal unlock means (aka the button on the bottom right of the map and the unlock hotkey) didn't work for him. i told he to execute and when he died and respawned it fixed the issue. (goign into setting also doesn't work)

But this is still an issue and although you can work around it by getting executed (or rather anything that makes your respawn) that's really not an IDEAL workaround
