Started a Game and cant even join in.

I am currently in a game. All i see is the loading screen. I can hear my champions quotes but whenever i alt+tab, i see a black screen. I can see nothing. Whenever i try to reconnect, the loading bar is at 7% but never goes above that. I load in successfully but i cant see jack shit.
