This patch has made the game damn near unplayable

I can't go a single match without my game freezing randomly. I can't pull off combos anymore because there is a delay between what I click and when my champion does what I clicked. I have 70 ping all game. 70 ping does not cause these problems. Hell, my game is more responsive when I have 200 ping than it is now. I have played all season and it was fine. This patch is full of bugs and makes playing the game a pain in the ass. This is not fun. The whole point of games is for them to be fun.
