[Gameplay] Syndra R CD timer.

So, if you use your R ability with Syndra, the timer on the button doesn't show up properly. It shows the CD and all that, but the little blue effect that goes around the box like a clock doesn't ever move; it just sits there as if you just used the ability, and never represents the CD.

Her other abilities are fine, it's just her R.
