Syndra sometimes can use her ult twice

I don't know how this bug comes alive, but it happens. Pretty fun to use 7 spheres immediately without any labor. I'm not sure but it may happen because of little '' waste barrage '' time. My enemy dies, my ult goes to 5 or something CD, then I can use my ult again. Need to fix.
