What the hell is up with Boards and Riot Support logins?

HalcyonDweller··1 votes·148 views

I log into the boards, and I can browse, comment, vote, etc.

But then I try to go to support to submit a support ticket and it makes me log in again.

And if I log out of the support site it logs me out of the boards too.

WTF?

We mute a player in-game because we don't want their chat, so why do they get un-muted in post-game?
