I was playing a bit of URF this weekend, and I noticed that Ionian Boots of Lucidity no longer reduces summoners' cooldown as it used to previously last time. Just thought I'd share this for next time URF mode goes live. :) I used to buy this frequently, along with the Distortion enchantment (which is removed now sadface), so it definitely worked before! But now it no longer does its intended effect. ><

Also, this isn't really a bug but urf doesn't feel like urf with the death timers still being long around 20m. I remember Rioters mentioned this being players' main frustration with urf mode. Will this be resolved next urf mode, so it feels more ultra rapid?
