[CLIENT] crash??

im not sure exactly what caused this..

but i just got out of a game and i clicked on the hextech icon

and the game suddenly dissappeared... no error message, no popup, just vanished

when i restarted it it asked if i wanted to terminate the already running instance. i said "yes" terminate, and when i logged in i had a freind request.
