rengar -triforce/shiv /rapidfire? inconsistency?

rapidfire works on second basic after landing and doesnt increase range of normal auto from 125 ,neither from leap range

shiv procs on 2nd hit after landing again (zeal item)

triforce sheen inconsistency if Q directly it works

if W before Q or E before Q it fails

why? it used to work ...now spaghetti in every champion /item?zzz
