Riot was this intentional to happen? - Neeko Bug

This is a video I recorded of Neeko, I built attack speed and took some ap. I thought I'd see what kinda damage she'd do and if it was worth it building Attk Speed. Turns out... it might be... but not the way it should be. I slowed the video down a little bit.. so don't think that's how fast she was attacking.

She starts off with her additional damage passive on her w, 3 autos at a time... then suddenly it starts to go off every OTHER auto... Idk if this is a bug or was suppose to happen.
