[Mordekaiser] Morde's q counts as AoE, and isn't being reset by Titanic.

Morde's q counts as an AoE spell for the purposes of spellvamp (33% effectiveness) and Ryali's (40% slow for 1 sec).

Titanic Hydra is not resetting his attack while his q is active either, despite it doing so for the functionally similar Xin Zhao and Rek'sai q's. This is a hidden and unexplained that renders an item that would be quite good on him nonviable. While I understand it would be pretty damn strong on him, its just as abusive on Xin as well, combined with sated it lets him get off all three q's in about 1/4 of a second. I suppose this must be intentional, as Rek'sai is coded as an on-attack as well (Doesn't proc from sated), but getting some insight from a red would be much appreciated,
