His W is not applying the atk speed slow. This is a SERIOUS bug. Also, his passive bleeding sometimes don't do the full damage. Please, he is unplayable this way.
I just lost hard to a irelia top lane, and was asking myself " seems like my W is not reducing her atk speed " Than I tested it on a custom game, and I used my W several times. In none of them it reduced the target atk speed.

I just hate how the passive doesnt do full damage. That along with a doran shield makes darius passive feel almost worthless in lane
Wow I just tested this in a custom.
His W does in fact not reduce attack speed at ranks 1 and 2.
We didn't test any further, so I could be for all ranks.
Edit: Riot needs to fix Darius. His E is bugged, his Bleed is bugged, and his W is bugged as well. 40% attack speed not proccing? No wonder darius has been in the shitter for so long!
It honestly does not even need to. Its just there as a nice AA reset and slow. I never think "I'm going to use this on their carry to reduce their attack speed!". I think "I'm going to use this on their carry to get another stack so I can ulti them for more damage"
What's this talk about "Darius' passive bleeding sometimes doesn't do the full damage"? Does it do less damage than it should? Does it not last as LONG as it should? Have you done any investigating into the "sometimes" part of it, i.e. do you have any clues as to why it happens sometimes but not other times?
Can we please fix Darius? I mean, come the hell on. He is so bugged. 3/5 skills dont work as intended.
Darius is terreble after last patch few times darius not respond to attak just walk i need cast Q to reset him and after that back to normal !! and many times bleeding not working ! darius looks like one huge bug now !!

mh, and i wondered why he felt weaker than he should in duels...considering shuting down melees is pretty much the only reason to pick him this is really a serious bug.
Huh....I just thought it slow movement and had a reduce cooldown based on his passive.
Mind you I don't own him but I have played against him a lot and I never knew this.
.....Still hate fighting him though....but that is my opinion and I can understand you wanting him bug free. Bumping for a Red to see.
Logged in just to upvote this. Darius has needed the passive glitch fixed for quite some time now, and now this, which is even a bigger problem.
I think Riot needs to hire more developers. Honestly. The rate of problems rising is much higher than those being fixed right now.
Needs to be fixed pronto. Upvoting for great justice.

Good to see a fix for one problem is in the PBE. I'm assuming the bleed problem hasn't been changed?
Can a Rioter inform us if this has been acknowledged and is in the works with the attack speed reduction fix?
