"We aren't able to create a lobby right now. Please exit, reopen, and try again."

When I open League, it sits at "loading" for a long time. When it finally finishes, my profile doesn't load properly.

Play button is grayed out, displays that error when I hover over it. Exited and reopened several times. Rebooted my computer. Still isn't working.
