mastery grade does not show when i get a key fragment

so far every game i have gotten a key fragment in it does not show me my mastery grade.. every game i don't get a key fragment seems to show my mastery properly.

i have tested this with both a win and loss, and in a party.

if someone else in the party gets a mastery it will show it in chat.. but i cant see mine if i got a key fragment from the win
