Soraka Bug With Kog'maw

So I had a game today. I was pretty low on health, but I was trying to save Kog'maw before he died. Problem is, he died and by the time I reached him it still went ahead and healed his running corpse. This, in turn, burned my health achieved nothing other than to hurt myself. Riot pls :(
