Was playing Darius yesterday, I ulted for the kill and got the reset on my Noxian Guillotine. However, the announcer said that the Katerana got the kill and I think I got assist gold.
Dats a bug right?
Um, also it seems like one time I ulted as Sion through the smallest river bush (near bot lane). I wanted to hit the player hiding there, but I just phased through her. I suppose its possible a blink was used but if it was she blinked through my hitbox without moving.
If Darius ult hits and the target dies within less than like, .25 of a second, it resets anyway. It's been that way since they changed it to killing blow instead of the target dying soon after the ult. And they know about it, so I wouldn't refer to it as a bug.
I think it's like that for all targeted abilities with a cast time. If the target dies before the cast time finishes, the ability will still go on cooldown, but won't do anything.
