Its no coincidence that that the new patch comes out and this happens something is up not sure what but I NEVER crash and for me to do it 3 times in 2 games leads me to think its the patch.
( not trying to rage its just frustrating )

Ok.... so I was crashing almost every game a few patches ago and what fixed it was right clicking on the league shortcut > properties > compatibility> unselect the box for "run this program in blah blah compatibility mode." On my compatibility tab, I have all boxes unchecked! Let me know if this works! I know the feeling of paranoia that your game is gonna crash and cost you games/queue times, I'll do whatever I can to help.
