So i found a bug

At least, i think it's a bug. When quinn q's xin, and xin smacks her with his q, it won't pop her up. I couldn't find anything about quinn's q disabling on-hit effects, so i figured this was a bug. I literally hit a quinn like 8 times without my q popping her up.
