Still have option to craft Hextech Annie after obtaining her

I randomly rerolled some skin shards and got Hextech Annie and I've played a few games with her, but the screen still shows me that gemstones can be crafted into Hextech Annie, which doesn't seem right--I mean, I already have her.

And the option for Hextech Ward isn't there at all. Not sure if that one was ever actually released, though, the wiki seems to say so but...
