Guinsoo's Rageblade Azir bug

Guinsoo's Rage is not properly causing Azir's soldiers to attack twice.

Back before they switched the Sated passive onto Guinsoo's Rage, they made the change that instead of having a purple phantom soldier appear to do a second attack, the soldiers would simply attack twice on the phantom hit.

I can't find anything that says this was intentionally removed, so I can only assume it's a bug that's been overlooked because people don't tend to buy GR on Azir anyway.
