7.9 Sejuanni Update Bug's so far

Two right now, might be more later.

Her W for some reason won't display a marker sometimes, if her first hit with it misses it won't display the second hit at all.

Her E is unresponsive sometimes when the person has clearly been marked for several seconds, this might have been lag though.
