Veigar Event Horizon not working as intended.

Since the patch it seems like the area of effect for Event Horizon has shrunk. I've seeing people standing basically on the circle and not getting stunned. Also a lot of abilities are moving through it, Ahri ult, Yas ult. Also if something is Queued up it still goes off when they are stunned, Thresh Q, all of Lee Sins abilites, Fizz Q and W, Blitz knockup. I'm also seeing issues with Katarina being able to use abilites while standing on stun.

I've submitted these and replays to customer support but they said they can't do anything and I need to post these things to the boards.
