CLIENT BUG - emote permanent shard won't disapear from loot page

Yeah I don't really have a screenshot or anything, I just figured I'd leave this here, pretty sure I'm not the only player with the issue.

Essentially, when I got level 40 a while ago I received the level 40 emote in my loot. I activated it, and the shard just stayed there. Everytime I try reactivating it I get an error message. Its not so much of a problem, more of a nuisance in my hextech page.
