[Gameplay] Seeing Flashes In Fog Of War Where The Enemy Is

Not sure if this is a bug or a glitch..........or maybe im just psychic.

Ive noticed that sometimes I would see like a small flash on the screen like a blink in areas of fog of war where our team had no vision at all ( no wards, no vision plant used...nothing that gives vision). Each time i notice this its when my champ is close to the area and it ends up being someone from the enemy in that area.

It doesnt happen every game but it has been happening for awhile and it took me awhile to realize that each time i noticed the flash/blink that it ended up being a enemy player there.......on top of me being too lazy to post about it.

I have no clue how or why it happens......has anyone else had this happen?
