Karthus Q Indicator Doesn't Appear
Bug Description: Karthus's Q will never show its range or AoE indicator. (Range can be shown by hovering your cursor over the ability, but never otherwise)
Situation: Playing as Karthus with abilities set to Quickcast with Indicator (which was changed to the default setting a long time ago) or Normal Cast.
Expected Outcome: Quickcast with Indicator functions normally. Indicator functions normally.
Bug: No indicator will appear for Karthus's Q, as if it were only set to Quickcast. But functions normally for all his W (the only other ability it would function on).
Steps to reproduce: Play Karthus.

This is a heavily crippling bug that seems to have been present since Karthus was released, but became more of an issue when the cast animation for his Q was made accurate (during his VU) to allow enemies the chance to dodge it more easily. It makes Q-ing single targets more difficult than it should be, prevents players from readying their Q for an enemy's path, and ruins pathing with Karthus if attempting to attack an enemy you think is in range but is only slightly out.
I do know that this is supposedly "intended". But that isn't really excusable. There is an option to play with indicators turned off, so there shouldn't be ranged or AoE abilities that completely lack a range and AoE indicator. It's just not correct compared to the rest of the abilities in the game.
