Games failing to load since latest patch

I've only tried to play 2 games on the rift since the last patch, and each time my loading screen had an error (that I sorted out and reloaded) and further each game 1 additional player never connected so both games had a remake.

Clearly an issue on Riot's side since each time it's not just the other person AFK, but I also got a loading error as well. Please look in to it...

Affects summoner's rift only. ARAMs seemed to have no issue.
